I’ve had this Christmas cocktail recipe on the blog for a few years now, and we make it every Christmas as an easy way to keep everyone’s drinks filled. The last thing I want on Christmas day, when I’m rushing around the kitchen preparing dinner, is people under my feet, in and out of the fridge, getting drinks.I love that this giant bowl will keep everyone going for ages! I thought it was time to update the photos and get a video out for you guys too!

📋 What do we need?

Pomegranate juice - go for a good brand, rather than a diluted version. I use POM, but any 100% pomegranate juice will be fine.Cranberries - fresh or frozen - either is fine. We’re just adding them for a pop of Christmassy colour (they’re too bitter to eat).Clementine juice - I like this Christmassy feel of this, but you can replace with pure orange juice if you can’t find clementine juice.

👩‍🍳PRO TIP - make sure your punch bowl is large enough! My punch bowl is 6.6 litres (7 quart).

Start by adding a large bag of ice to the punch bowl (unless you’re making this a couple of hours ahead - see notes in the recipe card for making ahead).Add in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice and clementine juice.Next in goes the juice of two limes, 3 sliced limes, 3 sliced clementines, fresh/frozen cranberries and the seeds from a pomegranate. For the alcohol, add in a bottle of prosecco and 300ml (1 ¼ cups) of vodka and stir it all together.

Add some fresh mint leaves before serving.

Equipment

In order to make this amazing Christmas Punch you will need:

A good Kitchen knife for slicing the Fruit.Chopping BoardMeasuring JugA Citrus PressPunch Bowl.  Sorry I couldn’t find the one I use in my post as it’s no longer available - however, I think this one is nice.

I really hope you guys get the chance to relax and enjoy the holidays too. A glass of this punch in one hand, a sausage roll in the other, and a small child shooting nerf gun darts at you repeatedly (hey they’ve got to have fun too!). It’s what Christmas is all about.
